What are the easiest ways to rip and burn a DVD, free is a plus. Any and all tutorials you have will help me out a bunch.
Thanks

you'll find those guides over on the left under "How To: DVD Rip"
if it's a single layer dvd, the easiest method is to rip as an ISO with DVD Decrypter, which will burn the ISO to a fresh disc, and is freeware.
dual layer, you have to decide what you are willing to give up - extras / menus / multiple audio tracks etc. or some quality.

out now:
Various Artists "Six Doors"
Unicorn "Playing With Light" -
I second using DVD Decrypter.
You can tell if its a single layer by going to "My Computer" and if when you select the drive the DVD is in it will say 4.38Gbs or less. If double layer, >4.38. Hope this helps. -
And if it's over 4.38 gigs. You can download a free program called DVDShrink which will transcode the files down to a size which will fit on a recordable dvd. Then burn the transcoded files with a trial version of Nero.
