Nero's Free Upgrade to 6.0 - Where's the Special Email?.

Under certain circumstances, Nero offers a free upgrade. Such as if you bought 5.5 after 5-31-03 (I think) as I did. So, I'm due a free upgrade. But, I have not received that special email telling how to get the upgrade. Has anyone received instruction regarding the free upgrade?

It is the weekend. I imagine you will get the email sometime during the work week. I wouldn't worry as the demo version is supposed to work through the end of August.

I dont think it takes a personal employee to give them the upgrade, a special emailer bot they have should email it to you automatically... Why pay someone to sit around all day to send special upgrade emails when they can make a bot do that... BAH your either not getting it or u need to call them (yah lame) and tell them,

Then most likely they just have not had time to set up their email bot. With all the bugs I have found in Nero 6, I assume the emails are a low priority.

Dunno about the west side of the Atlantic, but I got my email early on Monday, and entered my serial number (several times in different places) to the downloaded demo version.

Its stilly pretty buggy in places, I reckon the main Nero prog is OK (so far..) but Wave editor is a disaster, with half of it missing! (no help files either).
I got on fine with Nero 5.5, and previous versions, with never a single coaster, so I'm hopeful they will resolve it.
