  1. Can anyone please suggest a utility that can let you view a video file when it is still being downloaded? The purpose is to avoid fakes, as you know it happens so many times I am tired of it, I download 800 Mb file based on its filename and when I open it up it is a completely different video file that I have no need for and I just wasted like 10 hrs of bandwidth downloading it.

    How do you guys avoid this trap? Any suggestions? I have heard about AVI Preview and was planning to try it out, but wanted to hear about other options from people with hands on experience.

  2. avi preview is free and excelent i use it for the same reason fake files you need to download 256kbmin to use it you get it from

    i agree, i use the same program to view all avi files that i download
    it has saved a lot of valuable time since i started using it. you cant go far wrong with avi preview

    Use the avi preview...its free and it works 100% of the time. I think its under the tools section of this guide. If not, just use the link someone else gave you. Good luck.

    I just got AVI Preview and tested it, and it worked like a charm. I love it, its a life saver, no more fake files for me.
