    When I was playing my new GBA-sp I noticed that sometimes the picture would look "interlaced". I'm trying to explain that instead of showing a SOLID colour, vertical lines would appear.

    Does anyone else notice this?

    I don't know about interlacing on a GBA SP, maybe you should try a decent handheld ie the GP32. Check it out, you might just like it
