Newbie need help capturing

Hi Everyone,

I have pinnacle moviebox usb capturing device with pinnacle studio 8.0 installed. I was able to capture video using pinnacle studio 8.0. what i want is to use different software/program such as window movie maker to capture, unfortunately I was unable to. can someone tell me if i did something wrong or i need to configure something for it to work or it is strictly proprietary business for pinnacle. your help is greatly appreciated. btw: this site rock

if in the uk get a magazine called digital video made easy issue 7 has a guide and discs about movie maker 2 on how to capture and use, you can dowload from microsoft movie maker 2 if havnt got, but it may be your usb box, I find firewire cards much more reliable and faster if using a digital camcorder that may be the problem with movie maker maybe it doesnt reconise the usb box, hope this helps
