erase a DVDRW

hi.
I made a movie backup on a DVDRW with dvdX copy express.
when Iwant to erase with acdc5.3.5 it doesn't work.
how can erase. I try 2 differents DVDRW, same pb. eveytimeI got a message protection....

I use WinOnCd 5 and there is no problem to erase an RW...
