Does Vegas 4.0 frameserve?

I'm checking out Vegas 4 and I can't find how to frameserve to tmpgenc with it. I think I read someplace that this version of Vegas do frameserving, Am I wrong?
If it can, how?

Go here for Vegas "framesever" plugin. It works i have tested it. (on 3 - should work on 4)

Limitations

1) There are some issues with audio serving from Vegas 4.0b and earlier (not in Vegas 4.0c), so seeking back in audio will cause any subsequent audio reads to return empty samples. In such cases, use the "Write audio as PCM samples in AVI" option. This can also be used in other software which are unable to read the FrameServer audio.

I;ve tried to frameserve with vegas 4.0c to tmpge,and with transitions i get audio sync problems.If i save the project as an avi and then render it in tmpge,no problems.Not sure why,but i suspect the transitions are causing the problem.
