Just to let you know that those of you, me included that had problems with Mainconcepts MPEG Encoder and frozen frames, I though I'd give DivFix a go and see what happens
Since installing it, I haven't had one movie with a single frozen frame, so it looks like that problem has been cured, not exactly how I wanted it to be cured, but it 'seems' to have fixed it
Main reason for using that encoder and not TMPGenc Plus is simply down to the speed of conversion when converting a DivX movie to MPEG2 using VBR, TMPGenc Plus takes about 9-12 hours per movie, MainConcept is taking about 4 hours
Basically I can now do 2-5 movies overnight/during the day when out, instead of possibly 2 a day using TMPGenc Plus, even though the output quality from TMPGenc Plus is very, very good, its just soooooooo slow
compared to MainConcepts Encoder or even CCE
