I hate to ask a stupid question, but what size AVI file should I be shooting for to encode in MPEG-1 to burn on VCD. My AVI's are running about1.1-1.2 GB and encoding in MPEG at about 550-600MB for an hour of video. I want to get the most image and sound quality I can on a disk. Strange thing is the MPEG may be 500-600MB but after I make into VCD windows says the disk contains 200-225MB? Any experienced advice would be great(and same me alot of disks). Thanks
