Hi All, I've got an lcd monitor connected through dvi (geforce ti4200) and I use windvd 5 to watch dvd movies.
For some reason when I try to watch movies in full screen mode, the image is disturbed (jagged horizontal).
The only possibilities are two: down the refresh at 60 (it's 75) or run at 75 but with the keystone option activated (fot those who know Nvidia drivers).
I know that I've already solved the problem (actually I reduced at 60 hz as default) because there aren't any significant difference between the refresh frequences for the lcds, but I was just wondering why this problem occurs (considering the fact that if I try to change the refresh up to 75 meanwhile I'm watching a film, it runs perfectly also in full screen mode).
Hope someone would show me why this happens.
    Aloha

My LCD has 1 and only 1 resolution, 1024x768@60Hz at 32 bits. That's it. Any, and I mean Any different resoltuion looks markedly poorer in quality. 800x600 looks horrible and 640x480 is unusable for any length of time.

Full screen mode tends to shift your monitor/screen into a different resoltuion. Full screen versus maximized is a big difference on some systems.

    Ok,
but why does it work perfectly in full screen mode (1280x1024@75 hz) with the keystone activated?
