    IS there a program that will let me copy a dvd with menus to cd or SVCD?

    you would need to encode the various vob sets individually and author them together onto SVCDs.

    if the menu's are still pics, then you can just capture them to .jpg and use that as a menu...however, (S)VCDs don't allow buttons in the menus

    if you want motion menu's, there could be a way, i'm not sure..but you would prolly have to encode that too...
