  1. After I capture & encode, I erase the files from dedicated drive.
    But the propertie still show the space full...
    How do I erase mp2/mpeg2 files after use??

  3. Nope...the files are nowhere in Windows yet when I right click the hard drive properties there still is 14+Gb of space taken up...but no files on drive??
    Last time I had to format the drive but I'm getting tired of that...

    turn off your norton antivirus software.

  5. It seems to be caused by Norton Utilities' Recicle Bin Protection feature. Try disabling it.
    If it not works, try run Scandisk on that disk.

    Just right click on the Norton protected recycle bin desktop icon and select "empty Norton protected files".

    if not that, try to do a defrag, as windows will delete non-allocated file space

  8. the files aren't there....it's just a free space reporting error...

    try running scandisk...or if you have norton, try running norton disk doctor..it will fix that problem right up..happens to me sometimes too...
