After I capture & encode, I erase the files from dedicated drive.
But the propertie still show the space full...

Nope...the files are nowhere in Windows yet when I right click the hard drive properties there still is 14+Gb of space taken up...but no files on drive??
Last time I had to format the drive but I'm getting tired of that... -
It seems to be caused by Norton Utilities' Recicle Bin Protection feature. Try disabling it.
If it not works, try run Scandisk on that disk. -

the files aren't there....it's just a free space reporting error...
try running scandisk...or if you have norton, try running norton disk doctor..it will fix that problem right up..happens to me sometimes too...
