A few questions about Premiere 6.0 and bluescreening

I have owned this program for only about 4.5 months and am still getting used to it. I have a few questions about how to do a couple things, or even IF they can be done in Premiere 6.0 If you can only answer one it would still be helpful:

1. My first question is what can I use as a cheap bluescreen?? Blue/Green fabric? How do I key in an image or video clip to the screen in Premiere 6.0??

2. Second question is how can I "paint" stuff (such as a certain object) out of a video clip using Premiere 6.0?? Can it be done in this program?

3. Third question is how can I duplicate something (such as myself) using Premiere 6.0? Once again, can it be done in Premiere 6.0?

4. Lastly is with the video effect "Ghosting" am I able just to ghose a specific object?? Say I had a shot of someone shooting someone else (both people in the same shot) and I wanted the one being shot to be doing the Matrix type dodging by ghosting him and making the illusion of him moving really fast. How is this achieved.

Another question. I did a tuturial on how to add the blurr on someones face using mosaic effect. I can do it all except:

It says make a mask in the Titler, but when I open the titler the selected clip does not show in there. In that tuturial he is using 6.5, I have 6.0. Basically I need to know how to make a mask in Premiere 6.0. Thanks.
