Need Some Help With A Name Of A Song

Ok I heard part of a song which I like but I have not been able to figure out what the name of the freakn'n title is .

I only caught part of the lyrics, I am hoping someone might be able to recognize what I have heard a tell me the name of song and artist.

From what I remember some of the lyrics were something to this effect.....
I was changing stations in the car when I heard it, so I don't know if these lyrics are totally correct and I know they are not in order or the full lyrics, but any help would be appreciated .

At the end it finishes off with....

I am found (then a pause)
