    Can someone tell me why I cannot decrypt dvd's with my HP 200I ?

    I keep getting the error message " cannot force hard encryption " ???

    Any suggestions ??

    Also looking for regional cracks I can only view region 2 ??

    Patched 1.51 FW for HP 200
