  1. Hi I'm using the latest ATI Multimedia Center 7.1 on windows 98 se. I record fine (most of the time), I hear the audio fine. The problems comes when I capture an image -- make a still ... when I make a still it will capture the image without ANY BLUE!!! The resulting image have all the tones of red and green possible but absolutely no blue. I tried playing with color, brightness, tint, etc but no matter how I change these settings and make a still, the resulting image has no blue

    Anyone have a similar problem?

    Look for bad wires.

And MMC 7.1 is the oldest one.
I'm not online anymore. Ask BALDRICK, LORDSMURF or SATSTORM for help. PM's are ignored.

  3. First, thanks for the feedback and sorry for the long reply

I don't think it's wires because I can capture video okay (movie files) -- all the green is there -- and the problem only resides when I try to capture images (stills, jpeg).

I did check the wires and they seem to be ok. I mean there's only one video wire going from the video wire of the VCR to the video wire of my ATI TV Wonder VE capture card.

You can check this page.. they contain snapshots from the video capture and one snapshot from the image feature.

Oh and sorry -- i reverified the version -- it's MMC 7.6 (launchpad) and the TV is 7.9
-- I hope that's the latest version of the MMC.

I find it stupid that it can video capture well but it cannot image capture well >_< and i dont' want to have to make a video capture to then make an image capture from the video capture ...
