    Hui Guys (girls), i´m a total newbie........ i just ripped my first movie (Galaxy Quest) from a DvD.... And i forgott to split it (so i can burn). The File is on 865 105Kb. So know i must split it!???????? Wich program should i use?
    And must i know VB or some like that to do menus (DvD menus)????

    There are a number of programs you can use to cut. TMPGenc would probably be the easiest to use. Just click on the edit link to your left and read the cutting guides.

    You dont really need to know anything special to create menu's. vcdimager does use xml scripts to create menu's but there are gui's available which give you a front end so you can point and click rather than typing everything out. There are lots of other programs that can author menu's also. click on the AUTHOR link and read there.
