"Memento" and "The Crow" Backup Help?

I'm trying to backup two my dvd collection, and everything has gone fine up until two movies: Memento (special edition) and The Crow (deluxe edition). I'm using DVD Decryptor (ripping the full disc in file mode) and then DVD2one (full disc except DTS or other language tracks). Then I'm using Nero to burn as DVD-video (at 2.7x). Here are the specific problems I'm having with each.

Memento: I don't know if anyone is familiar with this menu system, but to access special features it asks you a series of questions, like a psychology test. If you answer the series of questions correctly you can access a particular special feature. When I answer one question however, the next questions just fly by and do not stop as they are supposed to so that they may be answered. It just keeps doing this until I shut off the DVD player. On one particular set of questions a red smiley face (which I've never seen before on the regular dvd) comes up before the menu starts moving on its own (is this somehow the copy protection in action).

The Crow: Everything works fine with this backup except the chapter selection. When I select chapter selection it brings up the screen and I see chapters 1-4, but then it quickly cycles through the rest of the chapter selections and stops on the last chapter selection screen. On this screen there are only two chapters to choose from but the selection boxes don't match up with the images (there are still four choices when moving the selection box). If I try to go back and look at previous chapters it will do the same thing all over again.

These are my only problem dvds with the method I have used. If anyone can help I would appreciate it. Thank you.

I have found that sometimes DVD2One messes up the menu, try CloneDVD (free trial for 30 days), it "copies" the menu system perfectly.
I had tried "The Animatrix" with DVD2One and CloneDVD and CloneDVD gave me the exact same menu functionality.
