Hey guy,
I've been burning DVD's successfully If i just use DVDXCopy and then burn with Nero. I'm pretty new to this whole dvd+r thing so I was wondering if someone could help.
I'd like to replace the video_ts.vbo (the 321 studio copyright) with a THX, DD, or DTS intro (depending on movies audio) to start every disc. I think it's a cool way to start disc. Well of course just swaping out the Video_Ts.vob doesnt work, it craps the disc out and the ifo. I took the IFO into ifoedit and tried to "Get VTS sectors" and repair the ifo. It appears to repair and I save, but upon burning with nero I get the error saying the structure or allocation isn't right.
I tried recreating with DVD Fab, but it's video_ts.ifo maker doesnt create a vob, so it's useless. I also tried the DVD-LAB software, but same thing, their ts.ifo doesn't create a VOB, it just makes my video_ts.vob into part of the movies vob.
So now I'm left wondering how to do it. Can anyone walk me through how to fix it so that it will work correctly? I'm probably just not doing it right, but I've tried everything and looked for guides on how to swap vob for video_ts.ifo, but have come up with nothing good.
Thanks guys

Here is an interesting guide.
It tells you how to swap out the video portion of a vob (aka your intro). I'm not sure how to do the sound. Never tried this myself, but it might get you 1 step closer.
