    Is there anyway to get VCD's in better quality?!?!? Please Help!! Thank you, much appreciated!

    In need of better resolution...the source is Kazaa and TMD.

    What do you mean by "better quality"? You could up the bitrate and/or resolution and make XVCDs. But you also have to remember, "garbage in, garbage out". What is your source? DivX? .mov? DV? More information is needed to offer any real help
