button problem with dvd2one

Has anyone ever have this problem w/ dvd2one? I backed up austin powers: goldmember with dvd2one. For some reason, while I"m playing the movie, the fast forward or reverse buttons are disabled. I'm pretty sure this doesn't happen with the original disc. Has anyone have a problem with dvd2one where certain navigation buttons are disabled after the encoding?
My second question is are there any simple ways of enabling these buttons via ifoedit or any programs out there? What I'm asking is is there any way of allocating button functions after the program has already been authored. Thank you for your help.

I doubt the problem is in DVD2ONE,it's more likely to be your burning software. I know that early version's of Nero would not allow search in SVCD's but DVD-R? I've used DVD2ONE to create dozens of DVD-R's burned with Nero,never had a problem.

I never had that problem if I author the dvd myself. This may be incidental too because this was the only time that this happened. (I was using the constant bitrate feature from dvd2one, I wonder if that could be the problem). I currently use Recordnow to burn.
