Can anyone pls. suggest DVD authoring software which works for 16:9 shoot. I know VideoStudio 6.0 does not and VideoStudio 7.0 does. But,
since I had to upgrade I was wondering I can switch to some better software, as I have read many cons about VideoStudio 7.0 in ulead forum.
Thanks.

Ulead's VideoStudio product is designed for consumers.
I was not aware that 16:9 was officially supported - even in the the most recent version 7.0.
However, Ulead also offers a professional-level video editor called MediaStudio Pro, which does officially support 16:9:

Bear in mind, both VideoStudio and MediaStudio Pro are editors - primarily - with limited DVD authoring capability.
Ulead's pro-level DVD authoring application is DVD WORKSHOP:
