Apparently, they seem to believe there is some overwhelming value in the fact that they perverted the commonly used shortening of "DivX ' to "DivX" or "DivX" by trademarking it!

Sooo, for the record our software has nothing to do with DivXNetworks, even tho' it appears that our output (as well as everyone else's) plays on DivXTM compliant players.

However, we do NOT have the DiVXTM Seal 'o Approval, so...

Yeah.
