Hi all!
I have an avermedia capture card and capture to MPEG2.
I then run it through TMPEG to clean up the picture a bit and convert to MPEG1... but, every 10 seconds or so, the resulting MPEG jumps and stutters.
The odd thing is that the original MPEG2 file plays fine, and even converting it to MPEG1 using Ulead Video Studio gives me a fine stutter-free video...
so, why is TMPEG doing this?
Any thoughts at all would be greatly appreciated as this is very strange.
regards.

TMPGEnc may have tried to encode to a different framerate than your source, or it may have chosen the wrong field order.
