Here is my some background of what I have done that has lead up to my question.
I have a dvd which is 8.?? gig. I used dvdecrypter to rip it.
I then used dvd2one to shrink the movie so that I can fit it on my dvd+r.
I have never burned through this process so I am a little confused. The only dvds I have burned were by using disk image ".img".
I read the "how to guide" posted on this site and it referenced "copytodvd" I figured I would follow those directions ,but when I downloaded the software from the website it was corrupt. I do have recordnow and I would like to know how to create the dvd. If I understand correctly the files should be divided into VIDEO_TS and AUDIO_TS ?????
When I used dvd2one it put all the files into one directory i have a total of 9 files in this directory. The directory consists of "ifo" "bup" "vob".
I also read somewhere that when using recordnow that the ifo may need to be altered to properly function with the new order of vob files is this correct.
Any help will be appreciated, I am new to this and I am still learning.
If there is a guide or if someone else has gotten an answer to this question already I will gladly look it up myself, but I could not find my answer through searching, so if anyone knows where this information can be obtain please post.
Thank you

the files what dvd2one produce are ready to burn, you dont need to alter the ifo.
put all the files in the VIDEO_TS folder and nothing in the AUDIO_TS folder (the audio folder is for compatibility reasons), open recordnow and go to full application, then file.....new job.....data disc.
put your VIDEO_TS and AUDIO_TS folders in, select your drive, speed and press record (make sure its set to record at the side of speed, not verify then record, takes twice as long).
