Renaming a mp2 file

i have gone through a guide and av got up to this point..........

: Rename the .mp2 file extension to .mpa

i go to the file and try to rename it but it will not let me....? does any1 know how i can change it to .mpa so that i can then add it afterwards in ifoedit? plz

To rename it, you gotta right click on it and select rename.

If you've done that and it still won't let you, then goto your C:\ click on Tools at the top then folder options, then View, scroll down to where it says HIDE EXTENSIONS FROM KNOWN FILE TYPES and UNCHECK it.

Now you should be able to rename it without any problems.

Goto to Tools tab at the top of your C:\,



Then View,



Scroll down to where it says HIDE EXTENSIONS FROM KNOWN FILE TYPES and UNCHECK it.
