just a quick question....i have followed a svcd2dvd guide to convert my scvd to a dvd format with 48khz sound. i have done this succesfully and would now like to know if it is right? will mpeg2 play in all dvd players? it wont play in my ps2 or xbox so im guessin that if i want to b able to play it in the i will need to go into changing to vob or sumthin like that!! am i right ? all i want to do is change my svcd to dvd and play on all players? svcd2dvd seemed to do this for me but im not sure as im new? any suggestions

first thing, don't EVER use a video game system to see if something works or not....i know that Playstation 2 doesn't play any type of burn....so that's not a good medium to test on....

very interesting...i think i got confused with what i was thinking...vcds and svcds dont' play but come to think of it, i haven't tried a burned dvd yet...but now iw ill...sorry about that...
