Do you have firewire connector on your camcorder?
You have a PC, right?
And a dvd writer?
Firewire adaptor
So you need to
1) get the 'film' from your camera onto the computer
2) (Ideally) edit the movie
3) Convert it to Mpeg2 format
4) Author the DVD (produce the files to go on the DVD)
5) write the dvd
I use Sonic Foundry Video Factory to capture/edit and convert to mpeg2,
Something else (can't remember what it's called) to author, and Nero to write it all to dvd
Video Factory has a good Forum & you can download a trial version of the software. http://www.sonicfoundry.com/forums/ShowTopics.asp?ForumID=12
If you want more specific info, ask more specific questions or give more detail.
Hope this helps[/url]
