  1. Is this conversion possible using Virtual Dub? I am thinking if you can get a codec and the correct settings then it could be possible. Any ideas on this?

    Why not just use a mpeg2 encoder? TMpgenc, CCE Basic, Mainconcept or something. If you really want to user virtualdub(filters or cutting) then frameserve from virtualdub to the encoder

  3. I would really like something that is freeware. The MPEG 2 to tmpegenc only works for 30 days.
