    Are there any programs out there that will cut and join VOB files? I ask because I have certain VOB files on my computer that have the 1 and a half episodes on one, and half on another.

    ifoedit

    copy and paste the vobs to the harddrive in one folder

    (name it after the movie) from both disc and rename them

    vts_01_1,vts_01_2,vts_01_3, use ifoedit to create ifo and get vts sectors

    Is there a program that will let you edit VOB's. So if I have a DVD and want to cut out a few parts then burn it again???
