  1. Well, not a movie really, but "Queen - Live at Wembley Stadium," which just came out on DVD less than a week ago. Still, it's two hours long and whenever I rip (with SmartRipper OR DVD Decrypter) I get 7GB worth of VOB files totalling about an hour.

I played the extracted VOBs in WinDVD and PowerDVD and the concert was still only an hour. When I try to play the disc from the DVD-ROM, I'm told I can't even do that because my GeForce3 has TV-OUT (that I'm not even using). Tried to disable it with TVTool as per numerous suggestions on the web, but it didn't work.

In a standalone player, the DVD plays fine - 2 full hours. The DVD is not double-sided.

What's going on here? How do I get my whole concert backed up?

  2. D'oh. Nevermind. I don't know what I screwed up, but it seems to be fine after a re-rip. I shouldn't have posted so fast. Sorry.
