I've used 99 minute CDR's to burn XSVCD's I created using DVD2ONE and had no problem burning 940-960MB files. I tried to use a 99CDR to burn a data disk,an 840MB miniDVD but Nero just keeps saying not enough space and ejects the CDR. You get the not enough room warning when you overburn an SVCD but in a few seconds the overburn option pops on screen.

It's been a while since I've used 99 minute cdr's or simply cdr's for that matter but I seem to remember in Nero that you have to go into the expert settings and define overburning as an acceptable option.
