i use virtualdub to remove the sound.. den i use tmpgenc to encode into mpg.. while encoding.. i had nothing running but tmpgenc.. den after tat.. i use nero to burn my cd-r into vcd... den when i play on my vcd player.. it lags.. like.. the frames will hang and skip.. u see the timer on my vcd player is like.. 0:01, 0:01; 0:02; 0:03; 0:02; 0:03; 0:04 like tat.. dunno how to solve it.. stupid vcd.. need help fast .. thanks
