.mov to vcd

hi, i just purchased an enhanced audio cd [Linkin Park - Reanimation]

there is a .mov music video on the cd that i want to convert to vcd.

it reads the video fine in tmpgenc, but not the audio.

i try to output the video to WAVE file, but the finished wav is the correct length, but no audio is playing.

i opened the video in quicktime player, i went to video info:

Format:
Sorenson Video, 320x240, Millions
IMA 4:1, Stereo, 48 kHz, 16 bits

i think the audio is the "IMA 4:1"

how do i extract the audio to a .wav file?

The only way I have ever managed to convert a .mov to mpeg is to extract the audio using Premiere. Not much help if you don't have that package, sorry.
