I have tried everything to get this card to work and still nothing. Could someone please give me thorough step by step guides on how they got this card to work. I have Win98, Pentium 2 500Mhz, 320Mb RAM, 40GB hard drive and ATI RADEON 7000 PCI. After contacting ATI they said that I needed to get a new video card, so i did. still doesn't work. Now they are telling me that I need a new motherboard. I don't want to really get a new motherboard espescially when this one works just fine. And if I do get one will it make the card work, who knows. Anyways any help would be great.

Everything is fine except your computer is too slow.
Go get a new computer...they're cheap nowadays.
As for a guide, look to the left in the "Capture" section...should help ya out. -
I agree with rv123,you need a faster CPU for capturing. The TV Wonder VE was my first capturecard and was fine for VCD but for any resolution larger than 352x240(288)you will need a hardware encoding card. Also the software that comes with the card(MMC7.1)is garbage,I recommend Cyberlink PowerVCR.

I cant even get it to work at all though. I'd be thrilled if i could get it to work and it sucked.
