  1. Hi, my cousin is in the military and he sent me some home videos he made on a VCD. I'm not sure if it is a SVCD or just plain VCD. It is awesome, it has a menu screen and the ability to pick a chapter off the menu. It's really cool and my aunt wants some copies to give to the rest of the family. Problem is, I have tried using the disc-to-disc copier in Roxio easy CD creator 5 and everytime it stops working and reports errors. Is their something I am doing worng? Can anybody give me some suggestions? I emailed him to help but often we don't hear from him for months at a time.

  3. Use Nero or Clone CD and make sure you have enough room on your disc. In Nero just copy disc. In Clone CD copy and pick the multimedia option. ............... harrymj3

Just copy it with any regular disk copy program. Most CD burnners come with software that will copy a CD. You should be able to make copies real quick and easy.

A VCD or SVCD, copy just like any data CD. No ripping, decoding or re-encoding needed.

I have tried the disc-todisc copy in roxio 5, but maybe I should copy it to the hard drive first, or copy at a slower speed? I will try that again and re-post.
