dvddecrypter gave strange vts(vob) files

i didnt know how to clearly explain the problem in the subject. i normally use smart ripper but it gives me problems on certain vids, mainly videos produced by props visual(bmx video company) so when that happens i usually use dvddecrypter, and every thing normally works out fine. with this certain dvd it gave me 3 vts's which were unusuall
(name i named file) followed by [AC3 T01 2_0ch 192Kbps]
[DELAY-66ms ]
it also gave me the file vts_10_1 &
vts_10_2
now the strange thing about those to is, when im done using decrypter is i can what the movie start to finish, with those 2 files, but with these 2 certain ones i can only watch the video from about half way through.
regarless i went through and used dvd2avi and that went through fine(as usuall a .d2v) so i went on and tried to encode using tmpge it and when i browsed and picked the d2v file i got the error message cant load P3Package.dll . it was a borrowed video so if any body knows how i would be able to fix this with the files i allready have(not have to use decypter again, being im not gonna see the video for a little while) would be nice, if not any clue to what happened this time would be nice. i tried to make this post as detailed as possible and probably still left somthing out.
