    It never made to much sense that they didn't since they sell the Panasonic DVD Recorder. Anyways, they sell the Verbatim DataLife (not DataLife Plus) in 25PKs for only $37.99.

    Just bought some this weekend and they burn at 2x on my Pioneer 105 and work fine on my Daewoo 5000N and my PS2. I am extremely happy with them!
