Hello,
My first post for this which is actually very very long says that no double post if allowed, but then when I search it...it's not even posted...so I just wasted 30mins to composed it.....arggghhh
anyway i'll make it short this time.
Using Ulead Videostudio, encoding dv avi using field type a or b will cause the output to have the combing effect...so to avoid it field type must be frame-based.
now for TMPgenc which I will be using as Ulead does not allow me to have a bitrate beyond 2Mbps (mpeg1), using field type a or b will cause the output video to be jerky, moving back and forth similar to when trying to find out what type of field you will be using test using deiterlace and Even-Odd field.
So my question is what is the equivalent settings on TMPgenc for the Frame-Based settings on Ulead Videostudio for the field type?
Thanks in advance.
