Is there a Mac equivalent of DGIndex? I have a friend who wants to make a PAL MPEG2 from an 3:2 pulldown-flagged NTSC MPEG2 (in other words, strip the pulldown flag, speedup progressive 23.976 to 25fps). He has access to Final Cut but I read that Cinema Tools can't remove 3:2 from "temporally compressed video such as MPEG2."

Are their any Mac demuxing tools that can "Ignore Pulldown Flags" like DGIndex?
