to smear and change color to green
ANyone know why ??

You need to open the original IFO (from the DVD disc) and choose Copy Subtitle Color from the Subtitle menu in Ifoedit. Then open the new IFO and choose "Paste Subtitle Color". Then save your new IFO file and voila. It should work.
I'm not sure about the correct menu names, but it should be something like that.

What if I don;t have the original DVD anymore ? My stupid friend ripped the movie only and i have just the movie VOBs

if you havnt got it try a different dvd just to get the colours, may work.

The problem is not actually the color but the smear, I can live with the color

It kinda worked. The letters now are white (color I copied from) with green outline but at least it's legible now.
