hi folks,
i tried to convert the newest "monsters inc."-trailer from quicktime to avi.
so i copied the "qtreader"-plugin into my tmpgenc-directory. but the program crashes any time i try to load a .mov-file (tmpgenc beta 1.2j). the qtreader is a download-link from this site...
does anyone know what the problem is?
then i tried to convert .mov 2 .avi by the "mov2avi"-commandline-tool... but then when i try to converty the .avi 2 .mpg by tmpgenc theres only a blank white screen with black up and above....
pls HELP!!!
i want to watch this fabulous trailer on my standalone-player.......
thx

I'm not sure about .mov2avi.
But I used RAD for Monsters to go to AVI.
Some .mov files may not be converted in TMPGENC.
Search .mov to .avi and a few reasons for the problem will be found. Most likely you have QT 5 loaded? -
where do i find the tool "RAD for Monsters" youŽre talkinŽabou?
i searched for it but found it nowhere... -
No, I used RAD to convert Monsters. http://vcdhelp.com/mov2avi.htm
