Burn Spped help urgent

I have a 1400 cpu.. 1 gig ram
2 hard drives
a dvd player
a dvd writer a105 .

It was ok till last week then it slowed down. I have plenty of space on my hard drive.
it used to copy a 4.7 in about 59minutes
now the best i can do is 120 minutes.

I looked in taskmg and it does not show any other program using .
but with Nero it takes up the full Cpu usage.



Any assistance would be so helpfull

uhm... 2 hours? does it sit at a specific point a very long time? Like at finalizing?

opps that should be 80 minutes ..
can any suggest how to get this computer back to speed.
I have done a system restore. defragged.
taken out any bulk files .
checked the hardware for erros

some one suggest to adjust intel Applications accelerator. ?

where does one find this program . or is it part of a bios setup.\\I have athlon 1400 chip set
