  1. Please help !!
I would like to combine 2 VCD which both of them have only 350 MB each. But when I open them, they are not the ones I usually know.
One of them has 2 files only: Autorun, and VCD_play.exe and could auto play in Roxio vcd player in my computer. The other one has no file found and also plays in Roxio vcd player as well.
Experts out there please help. This is realy new to me and I didn't find any one post on the forum.
    Thanks, Better Life

  2. Better Life,

When a VCD is made to be played in a DVD player, the files are altered. You'll find the video file in a folder called something like "MPEGAV".

I believe VCDEasy can help you "rip" the VCD back to a normal MPEG file.

If you want to merge the two together, you could use TMPGEnc, which has a merge function under MPEG tools.

Can anyone else suggest anything to help?

    Good luck,

  3. Dear CobraDMX: Thank you for your advice. I finally foundout how to find the files. I used ISObuster to locate the files and finally I found the .DAT files, then I took them out to join and cut in TMPG and made one VCD long as 2:15 hrs. I am very happy and having fun with playing this. By the way, does any body know how to make the files disappear like this VCD? I also have another VCD which has only 2 files Autorun and VCD_play.exe. So at the beginning, I couldn't find the .DAT files as well.
    Thanks. Better Life.
