    1. what the hell are vob's?
    2. i used this svcd2dvd program with 3 mpegs and yes it converted fine but ofcourse i got the over laps and jumps where the cd's jumped over, so what i did was cut and edited the 3 original mpegs and then joined them to make long mpeg. i then went through the process again around 1pm last night, i went sleep woke up around 7am and the thing is still going lol. what do u guys suggest? the only thing i can think of is to edit all the clips but dont join them and then do the biz with svcd2dvdv? ur opinions r welcome and hello to u all<<<<<<new to this he he

  2. a vob is the dvd version of mpeg2. that is what svcd2dvd is converting your mpegs to and those are what are found on a regular dvd. as for the thing not being done after 6 hours....thats normal. it takes time. let it sit for a little while.
