    I've followed the exact procedure vcdhelp.com offers on converting .avi to .mpg using tmpgenc. The problem is that every .mpg i've made has a slow pulsating pink glow. Every couple of seconds it goes pinker and pinker then restores to normal colour, it does this throughout the whole movie...

    Can someone plz help me.

    Sounds to me like you've got the Angel Codec on your system, take it off!!!
