I have a *.bin and *.cue file to burn a SVCD of a movie, but I want to burn all of them on a DVD+R. How can I convert them to burn them. Nero tells me that it can't burn those images onto a DVD. So i'm assuming there is some type of conversion.

First, you can rip the mpeg from the bin file with Isobuster: https://www.videohelp.com/forum/userguides/141726.php#svcdbin
Then, you need to convert the SVCD to DVD format: https://www.videohelp.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=159399&highlight=svcd+dvd

If you use svcd2dvdmpg you dont have to use isobuster to extract the mpg, svcd2sdvdmpg does it for you.

Ok, I have a new problem. The guide is for SVCD2DVDMPG Version 1.0 and I downloaded 1.1 which is completely different. All the program did was convert them into a DVD_MPG and now I have no idea what to do. I thought it would have converted them into some type of DVD compliant file that I could just toss on Nero and burn it. Any ideas?

You must buy the svcd2dvdmpg+ if you want basic authoring(so you can burn directly with nero to a dvd-video).
Now you must author the mpgs, you can use moviefactory or some other authoring tool
