I'm trying to copy some TV series from DVD to VCD or SVCD.. but whenever there's a lot of motion on-screen like people walking or citystreets, the picture comes out very jumpy, and not smooth like the original. Is this something to do with TMPGEnc or DVD2AVI that I can change to fix it?
