I downloaded an SVCD a couple of days ago. The release was in color, however when ever I burn it, it burns in black and white only. I've used both the newest versions of Nero and Fireburner, and I've tried burning it at different settings with both Nero and Fireburner. I updated all my drivers, searched both google and this site, and I still have no clue as to what I might have flubbed up on. Anyone have any suggestions or experienced this problem before?

You probably have a PAL SVCD and trying to play it on an NTSC machine?

Check out this GUIDE on SVCD2DVDMPG+, and look at the end of the guide for The image is black and white help.

I suggest that you download the program AVICODEC referenced in this guide. The program name does not give the true meaning of what it can do for you. It will determine what format your SVCD is in.
