Sounds can not be hear

Hello
I am using TEMPGenc 2.0
after converting a 1.2 gb movie i can not hear sounds (after the half of part)
the sounds is playing normally before convert.
How can i fix this problem? Please help me

Convert the audio to uncompressed wav with virtualdub http://www.vcdhelp.com/virtualdubaudio.htm

check so it sounds okey

open tmpegnc and add the wav audio and convert it to mpeg audio.
